So this June I officially gave up building Firefox Themes. That was my four-year anniversary of building them. That’s four years of my life that I dedicated to learning the in’s and out’s of a web browser that many of us used to actually have feelings about… imagine that… a web browser that people love… because it was good, secure, fast, followed the web standards, and represented ideals about an open web that we believed in. It seems almost inconceivable now that people would choose a web browser based on MORAL grounds… but that was us 4 years ago… full of HOPE for CHANGE. I still think about my *favorite web browser* of 4 years ago quite a bit… and I think I’m about to make an investment bigger than designing a few icons. It should be interesting… even if the rest of the world seems to be ready to give up on the idea of a web browser that is a symbol…. a symbol of equality and freedom.
I don’t give a fork.
I’ve got a plan for Washington. And it involves rainbows.
The real T-REX! Just fucking around, I’m sure the anatomy is way off, but it was fun to drawr and I just really like the idea of huge bird-like dinosaurs!
Oh… it was that kind of party all right.
Took some screen caps from the lightcycle rez-up in the original Tron. Click to watch the animation.
The highest jump ever made, 102,800 feet.
